Brainstorm: Contest of Six!/News Flash

CONTEST OF SIX
So, I had a brainstorm...here it is...

Here is a contest that also helps other blogs maybe get more followers. Let's begin!

First I need to name my six contestants, which I will notify by commenting on their blogs:

1. Caitlin Parker
2. Emily Laura
3. Harlow Darling
4. Angelica
5. Carrie
6. Jaxy White

Now that I've done that I will name six challenges, each containing the number six:

1. Find six things starting with the letter E in the next minute. Could you do it?
2. Get a dice and roll until you get a six. How many rolls did it take?
3. Pick one word and say it in six different languages. How many languages did you get?
4. Time yourself running around your yard six times. How long did it take?
5. Set a timer for one minute and balance six random things on top of each other. When the timer goes, are they still balanced?
6. Post a blog post titled Contest of Six in the next week containing how you did on my challenges, who YOU nominate for the Contest of Six, and five of your own challenges. The last challenge must be this same last challenge as mine.

Next week I will check all of the contestants blogs for this post. I will decide who did best on the challenges and announce a winner on my blog. I will not be giving out prizes since I don't have a PO box but others may give out prizes if they wish.

What's In My Purse?

First of all, I changed the blog color to blue. Do you like it? Now let's get to the topic...

So today I've decided to clean out my purse. But I might as well blog about what's in it, right? So now I'm going to get started!

So first I'll tell the story of my purse. (That makes me want to sing story of my purse to the tune of Story of My Life:) I was at Justice with 9 year old sis and I saw this denim purse and I was all like "I need that purse!" I didn't even care that Justice is sort of a kids store. I just needed it so I took it home.

Like I said earlier, my purse is denim. A strip on the bottom and around the zipper is this silver-y material (not sure what). It has sequins in this little criss-cross pattern with J's and heart scattered around. Part of the handle is chains and by now most chain-pieces have a rainbow loom charm of some sort.

Now lets start talking about what is actually in my purse! I have not cleaned this out in a while so be prepared...

Oh, and my phone is broken at the moment so it will not be in there.

So I just reached in there and the first thing I grabbed was my wallet. It is a High School Musical wallet I got when High School Musical first came out because I was soooooo obsessed. It's old and falling apart so I should really get a new one.

Next thing is my Stride gum and it's the flavor winterblue. Then a half-eaten cereal bar.

Yep, what every girl wants to find in her purse.

I'll just throw that away and continue to my next thing which is...a tiny notebook shaped like a flower. Then I've got two stray lip glosses. And a mirror. Kleenexes. Emergency make-up bag. At least no more half-eaten stuff.

An old paper? What is it? A maze. Throw away.

More stuff: Taylor Swift Enchanted Wonderstruck perfume. I didn't mention this, but I wore it for Easter and it smells like HEAVEN. What is a rubber ball doing in there? Well, I know why a pen is in there. Pencil, lip balm, hair tie, and a bunch of trash. That's it.

Easter 2014 with Random Girl

Hey guys!

So I thought I'd start off with what I was wearing since that is what I promised. I'm sorry, but I don't have pictures available. So let's just get started!

My Easter dress is this dress that looks like it's polka dot denim but it is actually very soft. It's a tank top dress that is a little tight-fitted at the top and really nice and flowy on the skirt. I got it at JC Penny's. It came with a little yellow belt. For shoes I wore some keds made out of denim from Target with some yellow socks. I wore a diamond cross necklace that this boy gave me and this blue bracelet I got at a souvenir shop in Texas. I am obsessed with using nature as accessories (like REALLY obsessed) so I tucked a dandelion in my hair.

Now lets talk about what was in my Easter basket!

1. The cutest bunny stuffed animal ever!

2. Tons of candy, of course.

3. A Littlest Pet Shop coloring book. But with this coloring book if you use washable markers YOU CAN WASH IT OUT AND COLOR IT AGAIN!!!

4. A twenty dollar Target gift card. (Target is my favorite store.) I'm planning on using it for this blue maxi skirt I saw and then finding a tee that matches it.

5. Lots of eggs I found. Most containing more candy, but some containing other random objects.

I'm a random American girl. I'm kind of nerdy (Doctor Who, Minecraft, etc.) But that doesn't mean I don't like fashion, make-up, and all that girly stuff!

I'll try my best to post a daily blog, although I may not always get to it. I'll blog about stuff I did that day or just random stuff, such as my favorite shows, what I wore, or baby sister's achievements. (She's two months old!) Tomorrow I'm leaving for my grandma's for Easter, but she doesn't have Wi-Fi:'( So on Easter or the  Monday after I'll post what I wore for Easter.
